The first thing you need to do is increase the space you have on your C Drive by getting rid of what you do not need. You do this as follows:

o Click on Start.
o Click on My Computer.
o Right click on the C Drive and click on Properties.
o Click on Disc Cleanup, make sure everything is ticked and click Ok.

Good - that's the rubbish all gone!

Now that you have done that you need to take the next step - which is Defragmentation. Let me explain...

When you take off files from your hard drive this leaves tiny holes. Defragmentation simply joins all the holes together - that's how more space is created.

Here is how you Defragment:

o Again, right click on the C Drive and click on Properties.
o Click on Tools & Defragment Now.
o Click on Analyse & Ok.

Just a word of warning - make sure you do this last thing at night as it can take a while. Next morning you will be delighted to see how much more space you have on your C Drive!
